Who Can Join and Why?


Any individual 18 years or older interested in motorcycle rights, regardless of their race, sex or club affiliation. It doesn’t matter what you ride or even if you ride. To join ABATE ensures YOUR opinion on motorcycle laws will be heard.

As a member of ABATE you may receive discounts on products such as:

  • Motorcycle parts and accessories (from participating dealers)


  • ABATE runs, events and functions


  • Motorcycle safety school for endorsements on your Florida license

    Q: How much are annual dues?
    A: Dues are $20 a year.

    Q: When I sign up how long does it take to get my card?
    A: It typically takes 1-2 weeks to get your card.
    Contact the Membership officer if you need more information.

    Q: When and where are chapter meetings?
    A: Chapter meetings are held monthly at Malabar Mos Resturant.
    2805 Malabar Rd, Malabar, FL 32950. They are on the first Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM.

    Q: When and how are newsletters sent?
    A: Newsletters are sent monthly to your email address
    unless you elect to receive a hardcopy through the mail.
